If you haven’t seen/heard of them before then you are missing out. No doubt you have probably already watched something filmed on them without realising. Here is their kind of showreel. And here is their Vimeo channel.

They are pioneers of extreme sports videography. Always showing off new sports and ideas (like sending a toy robot into space… well the outer atmosphere). Oh and every video has an awesome soundtrack!

Anyway, I get sent their weekly emails (doesn’t work in Hotmail though… maybe someone should see if they need a new advertising agency for their eCRM, maybe Doner?), with latest videos! And yesterday they sent a video close to my heart, diving!

This is beautifully filmed, has free diving, shipwrecks, sharks (and not just any old shark, a Tiger Shark) , and a stunning Italian Model that looks like Lara Croft underwater with her fancy leg propeller things… What more can you ask for!

But on another note, they shouldn’t be touching (let alone riding) sharks. This is bad. I will end my rant here otherwise I’ll go off on one!

Completely blank except for a QR code. Brave, given that a large proportion of us are hardly QR code lovers. Gave it a go anyway. And er… it went to a site that wasn’t optimised for mobile. Which kind of makes the QR code totally moot. *Sigh*

The current Nike Barbershop works beautifully.  I like the fact that they tap into what remains the core Facebook function, photo sharing, and ramp it up a notch.  It isn’t just the usual ‘booth’ photo manipulation methodology (Fat Booth, Age Booth, Elf yourself,  etc), but they’ve actually used a creative idea around this, the footballer’s penchant for dodgy haircuts.

It’s brilliantly simple, and superbly crafted and executed.  I gave myself a Pastore, what will you do?

Watch this space for actual pop up Nike barbershops in the more glamorous footballing biased European cities.

Great though Facebook is on an iPhone, it is a completely different experience from the real thing. On the odd occasion that I sit in front of a screen with a keyboard and enjoy full-fat Facebook in all its glory, you are reminded why it has been so succesful.

However, if people are only going to experience it on a mobile, the full bells and whistles will count for very little. All they will want is something that loads fast and is easy to update. Both of which are not a constant on mobile Facebook.

So for now, there is still plenty of life in the real thing.

Monday saw the launch of our brand new TV ad for Discovery Foods, showcasing the all new Perfect Fajita Kit.  Working with our friends at Aardman Animations, the 20′ ad is the perfect mix of Live Action and Stop Frame Animation.

We’ve finally completed our latest prospect tool for Invisalign.  The waiting room DVD introduces Invisalign and showcases real life patient stories and encourages prospects to take action; seek more information, make an appointment with their dental practitioner or visit the website.

Initial feedback from dental practitioners has been fantastic and it’s flying off the shelves like hot cakes.

I met a Narwhal the other day and she told me that Jazzy Jeff is in town. I didn’t believe her but she was totally serious and had this flyer stuck on her crazy “Unicorn” horn as you can see from this picture that total happened.

He is in fact playing at Lakota on Thursday 10th of May in the sexy Bristol, and its going to be sick! He’s up there for me as one of the best cut and scratch artists along with DJ Grandmaster Flash, Mix Master Mike & Qbert. So if you’re free and fancy throwing some shapes to some no doubt classic hip hop go and grab yourself a ticket and I’ll see ya there!
