
We have worked with Invisalign to launch their new global brand and G3 product, developing a complete communications plan across both consumer and professional markets in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.
The consumer requirements included a new website, which was customised to meet the needs of each country, consumer brochures and a range of trigger emails to cater to those requesting information from the site.
For the professional audience, it was our role to ensure G3 was clearly communicated, understood and implemented by practitioners. This included developing a suite of email communications and supporting collateral to ensure practitioners are optimally positioned to answer patient questions and make a smooth transition to the new G3 product, as well as providing an online toolkit to help practitioners promote the new G3 product to clients. This placed advertising templates, logos, images and poster designs at the fingertips of practitioners across Europe. As a final method of building practitioner knowledge, we produced an online webinar, which could be accessed at a convenient time by any practitioner who was unable to attend the live G3 events.
As well as successfully implementing the required communications across five different countries, we reached consumer, business and internal audiences, and, more importantly, delivered all collateral in less than four months.
Feedback and results to date have been positive with G3 and the new brand now integrated into all practices across Europe. Watch this space for more results…
