Put a smile back on your face

We’ve finally completed our latest prospect tool for Invisalign.  The waiting room DVD introduces Invisalign and showcases real life patient stories and encourages prospects to take action; seek more information, make an appointment with their dental practitioner or visit the website.

Initial feedback from dental practitioners has been fantastic and it’s flying off the shelves like hot cakes.

Invisalign consumer website launches

In 2011 we worked with Invisalign to launch their new brand and latest product innovations across Europe. A key deliverable was the Invisalign consumer website, which required an update, bringing it in line with the new brand guidelines. It also proved the perfect opportunity to optimize the site, encouraging engagement from site visitors.

The original website was template driven, and budgetary constraints meant we were restricted to producing a new site to fit within these templates.

The existing site had no real focus on conversion, and as such we sought to design a site to capture as many prospective patients as possible.  The site addresses this with increased prominence of major consumer touchpoints on the homepage, as well as encouraging datacapture on all pages throughout the site.

Doner delivered the redesign, optimization and build of 11 local language websites within three months, a pretty tall order alongside the rest of the rebrand project!

Doner launch new global brand for Invisalign

We have worked with Invisalign to launch their new global brand and G3 product, developing a complete communications plan across both consumer and professional markets in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.

The consumer requirements included a new website, which was customised to meet the needs of each country, consumer brochures and a range of trigger emails to cater to those requesting information from the site.

For the professional audience, it was our role to ensure G3 was clearly communicated, understood and implemented by practitioners. This included developing a suite of email communications and supporting collateral to ensure practitioners are optimally positioned to answer patient questions and make a smooth transition to the new G3 product, as well as providing an online toolkit to help practitioners promote the new G3 product to clients. This placed advertising templates, logos, images and poster designs at the fingertips of practitioners across Europe. As a final method of building practitioner knowledge, we produced an online webinar, which could be accessed at a convenient time by any practitioner who was unable to attend the live G3 events.

As well as successfully implementing the required communications across five different countries, we reached consumer, business and internal audiences, and, more importantly, delivered all collateral in less than four months.

Feedback and results to date have been positive with G3 and the new brand now integrated into all practices across Europe. Watch this space for more results…

Invisalign. Something to smile about.

Everyone wants a beautiful smile with perfect, straight teeth.

But very few of us are born that way, so up to now the answer has been metal braces that look like a mouthful of barbed wire.

Not any more. Invisalign are clear aligners that are almost invisible in use. And if you have a big occasion – an interview, a wedding, a date – just take them out and put them back later.

All we have to do is tell people (in the UK, Italy and Germany) – and watch them smile when we do.
